All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your shipping details.

Shipping and Delivery (UK Only)
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
Delivery times will vary depending on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout. Estimated delivery timeframes are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, or high demand periods.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
Delivery Responsibility
We are responsible for your order until it has been delivered to the address you provided at checkout.
It is your responsibility to ensure that all delivery information is accurate and complete. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time, please contact us at hello@sagaskin.co.uk and we will investigate with the courier.
While we will do our best to assist, delays caused by courier services are outside of our control. If an order is confirmed as lost, we will work with you to resolve the issue appropriately.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging.
We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
